Remaking The Lion King to a more photorealistic form, Disney is bringing us back to the circle of life. After 25 years, the remake will be released on July 19, 2019.
It’s a bold step by Disney to bring The Lion King back to life again. No matter how much people criticize but it is providing an opportunity for new generations to experience such a classic of old times. That’s why it will be a big hit for Disney. It might be the highest grossing movie at box office in Disney’s history.

In 1994, the first Lion King was
released which was known as the best movie ever made. People grew up watching
these cartoons. Now they have so much emotional attachments with this classic. This
one looks like shot-for-shot remake, it has same script, music and story which
is reminds them of their childhood memories. Now they are going to watch this
just for the sake of nostalgia.
This one is produced by Walt Disney Pictures and directed by Jon Favreau. This is the story of betrayal, revenge, pride
and tragedy about the Prince of Pride Lands ‘Simba’. It shows the struggles of
Simba to meet his destiny and to become The Lion King. Mufasa the King of pride
lands is betrayed by his brother Scar. Scar took over the crown of Pride Lands
by killing his brother and accused Simba for Mufasa’s death. In return Simba is
forced into exile. The movie shows the challenging journey of Simba to face
Scar and to become the rightful King of Pride Lands.
Based on the trailer, the way its animated
and executed is fabulous because the remake has well aligned colorful character
expressions. I never get a chance to watch it on bigger screen. All thanks to
Disney, it will be a great pleasure for me to watch in Cinema.
