On March 23, 2019 the famous Pakistani actress Mehwish Hayat will be honored with Tamgha-e-Imtiaz by President Arif Alvi based on her devotion and dedication in Pakistani entertainment industry and extraordinary contributions for the betterment of Pakistan.
In her tweet Mehwish Hayat expressed her feelings on this award announcement news, she says;
“Truly overwhelmed by the award of Medal of Excellence to be bestowed on me. Shows that years of blood, sweat, tears & hard work pays off. Hope that this acts as inspiration 2 all the girls who see me as a role model. U cn achieve anything in this world! don’t let any1 tell u otherwise”

is discussing about either she is worthy for this award or not, most people appreciate
her devotion for Pakistan and mind-blowing performance in Pakistani TV and film
industry. And accepts that she is the finest actress and deserves this award. But
some people are not happy with this award announcement. Many people are happy for
her indeed, but they want to know her achievements and contributions for the
growth of Pakistan, so they can also cherish it and spread across the country.
But some people
are still in shock since announcement, they say on what basis she is getting
this award, she hasn’t done anything for our country.
